• Resolution of matters with other parties as appropriate
All content on ClearLine Cloud, including designs, logos, text, and images, is the property of ClearLine Cloud or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
ClearLine Cloud is provided on an "as-is" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We are not liable for:
• Disputes or disagreements between platform users
• Quality or condition of user-provided information
• Third-party actions or services
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from platform use
Any disputes arising from platform use shall be addressed in accordance with applicable law. ClearLine Cloud does not serve as a dispute resolution mechanism for user-to-user matters.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict access to accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following modification constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
